Booking of the stay

Upon booking, a 30% deposit will be required. In return, an invoice will be sent to you.

Cancellation fee

If you have to cancel your departure for any reason, you must inform Morocco Ecoway as soon as possible by email.

More than 30 days before your departure, we keep 40% of the deposit (or you can postpone your stay)
30 to 15 days before departure: we keep 50% of the deposit
14 days before departure on the departure date: we keep 100% of the deposit amount

If the cancellation of your stay is pronounced by Morocco Ecoway following unforeseen events, you will be notified as soon as possible and refunded in full of the sums you have paid, without however claiming any compensation.
If the cancellation of your stay is due to exceptional events such as strike/cancellation of your air carrier (on justification), pandemic, your stay will be postponed and you will have a credit valid for one year.

 

Booking

No booking will be taken into account orally, they will be done by email.
To book, it is imperative to pay an advance, even for day trips and transfers.
Tariffs
Morocco Ecoway fees does not include your air transport, your insurance, your personal expenses, drinks, tips, entrance fees and access to museums and various visits, nor the services not stipulated in the estimate. As a rule, lunches are not included in the tours.

 

Payment

Payment can be made by bank transfer or international mandate.
Administrative conditions

You must ensure that you are in good standing with the formalities in force inside the country (passport, visa, vaccinations, etc.) See https://www.amb-maroc.fr/_maroc/formalites.html
We advise you to check your personal insurance before leaving because our rates do not include repatriation or medical insurance.

 

Duration of stay
The duration of your stay will be determined by your dates, times and places of arrival and departure.
Morocco Ecoway will welcome you on the day of your arrival and will accompany you on the day of your departure at the places and times agreed in advance if you have taken a tour with us.

All tours or excursions booked include the acceptance of the general conditions of sale named above.

Conditions of cancellation:

- Before D-30, keep the 30% deposit
- Between D-30 and D-15, we keep 50% of the down payment
- After D-15, we keep the entire deposit

Morocco ecoway does not take care of air transport, your insurance, your personal expenses, drinks, tips, entrance fees and access to museums and various visits, nor the services not stipulated in the estimate. Lunches are not included in the tours. No restaurant or lunches will be imposed on you, it will be up to you to organize with the driver.

Confirmation:

To book, we ask you to send us a deposit of 30% of the total price of your stay. A summary invoice will be sent to you. Please notify us by email when your operation is completed.
